Well I managed to say no today. Someone tried to take the piss and I wasn't having it. This is a big step forward and gives me hope. So I should be feeling good this evening but for some reason I've just had a good cry instead. I'm feeling desperately lonely tonight and have never missed my family more. So a mixed day, from middle of the night epiphany to minor victory to emotional wreck. One would hope tomorrow can only be better.
